I am a woodturner who works mostly in native species of hardwoods. I make treen (functional wooden items) as well as decorative items such as vases, ornaments and wall decorations. I accept commissions and will work with wood supplied by the customer.

Using my photography as the foundation, I merge traditional images with iPhone apps and other technology, including AI’s strange and powerful world. The goal is to create images that have emotion and invite curiosity. I hold a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree from Metropolitan State University and constantly seek out beauty in people, places, and objects.

I make handmade jewelry and ornaments with glass, stones, wood, metal and other found objects. I love one-of-a-kind treasures like old vintage jewelry, rocks and driftwood found on the beach. Putting it all together is like a puzzle. I love working and re-working a piece of jewelry or an ornament until everything falls into place. As I learn new crafts and skills, I look forward to seeing how my art will evolve.
